A quick call is all it takes to get the ball rolling. We’ll have a chat about your needs, your dreams and wishes. From here I’ll arrange to visit you in your home. Discussing the project whilst standing in the room is invaluable. It allows me to assess the possibilities of the space, investigating all opportunities and making sure the plumbing side will work too.

Then we get to work! My process is all about collaboration, with you at the helm throughout. I’ll demonstrate all options to you, utilizing some techniques I’ve developed to guide past any uncertainty. I work extremely hard to make sure the images I create are a very realistic representation of the proposed design. The best compliment I regularly get is that the finished room looks exactly like the pictures. No-one likes nasty surprises!

Once we have a developed design, styled and tiled as we’ve progressed, only then do we then think about the products, because there are many ways to achieve the same look with very different item choices. But by this point we have a clear understanding of what’s required in terms of style, size, finish, quality and price point to make the individual item choice an effortless one. I’ll help you understand how the costs are likely to build, giving you a clear understanding of the installation side of things too.
