Most people pop in to the showroom for an initial introduction, but many also call to have a chat through their requirements too. From here I will arrange to call out to your home. Discussing the project in the context of the room is invaluable. I can assess the possibilities of the space, investigating opportunities allowed by the plumbing too.

I’ll invite you back to the showroom where I’ll present my design proposal to you. Then we get to work! My process is all about collaboration, with you at the helm throughout. In front of your eyes, I will demonstrate the options to you, using some techniques I’ve developed to help with any indecision. I work extremely hard to make sure the images I create are a realistic representation of the design.

Once we have a developed design, styled and tiled as we’ve progressed, only then do we look at the products, as there are many ways of achieving the same look through very different product choices. I’ll help you understand where the costs will likely build from, giving you a clear understanding of the installation side of things too.
